Cove Collective is a small, beautifully designed space in Herndon, Virginia, available to rent for the gatherings, meetings, and creative sessions that deserve a real setting. Up to 25 guests, four distinct rooms, and the kind of light, texture, and detail that make every event feel a little more memorable.
Cove also runs workshops, classes, dinners, and game nights throughout the month, all open to the community. Whether you're looking to learn something new, meet someone new, or just spend a beautiful evening doing something different, our calendar is the place to start.

A sun-filled glass room with its own sliding door, string lights, and a cozy faux fireplace. A quiet, private spot for meetings, breakout conversations, or a calm moment during your day.
The Studio
Our open main room, anchored by an exposed brick wall. Two large farm-style conference tables, two dedicated desks that move to form extra conference space, & lounge seating that rearranges easily.
Private Zoom & Call Room
A dedicated quiet room for video calls, phone meetings, or focused work without interruption.

What days and times are available?
The space is available seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Availability varies by date, so reach out to check the times that work for you.
How many people does the space hold?
Up to 25 seated guests. Intimate enough to feel personal, polished enough to feel like an occasion.
What's included in the rental?
Full access to the indoor spaces, the solarium, and the porch, plus all furniture, WiFi, the projector and sound system, the beverage station, and parking.
Can I bring outside catering or decorations?
Yes, we welcome outside catering and personal touches. Reach out and we'll walk you through what works well in the space.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is ample free parking directly outside the studio, with easy access from Reston and Herndon.
What kinds of events work here?
Team days, offsites, workshops, birthday dinners, showers, creative sessions, coaching events, and intimate celebrations.
Is the solarium included, or booked separately?
It's included. Every booking gives you the whole space, the main studio, the solarium, the covered porch, the private call room, and the kitchenette, so you're free to use it all however suits your day.

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for recurring bookings, plus special rates for registered non-profits, ministries, and churches. Reach out with a little about what you have in mind and we'll share the details.
